Blueberry cream cheese
This spread is best on bagels.
Course: Breakfast, Snack
- 1/2 pack plain cream cheese
- 1/4 c blueberries fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 t sugar
Add blueberries and 2 T water to a small saucepan.
Cook together over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until the water is evaporated and the blueberries are soft.
Remove from heat and allow to cool thoroughly.
Stir into cream cheese.
