Ingredients
- 1 c milk
- 3 heaping t cocoa powder
- 1/4 c sugar
Instructions
-
Mix sugar and cocoa together in a small bowl.
-
Pour milk into small saucepan. Add sugar and cocoa slowly with vigorous stirring, to avoid lumps.
-
Turn on heat to medium-low and cook until nearly boiling.
-
Serve hot or cold.
Recipe Notes
If you pour the milk while hot into a sterile (fresh from dishwasher is okay) glass jar or bottle it should keep refrigerated for another week. (By heating you re-Pasteurize the milk.)
