Roasted red pepper spread
The simplicity of this recipe belies the intensity of flavor. People always ask for the recipe and I'm almost too embarrassed to tell.
Course: Appetizer, Snack
- 1/2 pack plain cream cheese
- 1 large roasted red pepper homemade or from a jar
Add both ingredients to a small food processor and puree until smooth.
Serve with baguette or crackers.
