- 1/4 c cooked salmon flaked
- 1/4 cream cheese
- 1 T fresh or 1 t dried dill
- fresh ground black pepper
If using fresh dill, remove leaves from stems and chop fine.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
If you have time, let this chill for 30 minutes up to 1 day to mingle the flavours. You can also serve it directly but the dill flavour will be less prominent.
Serve with crackers, bagels, or baguette.
