Salmon cream cheese spread

The great thing about this spread is its flexibility. It makes an excellent breakfast on bagels, an elegant addition to brunch with baguette, or a luxe party snack surrounded by crackers.

  • 1/4 c cooked salmon flaked
  • 1/4 cream cheese
  • 1 T fresh or 1 t dried dill
  • fresh ground black pepper
  1. If using fresh dill, remove leaves from stems and chop fine.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. If you have time, let this chill for 30 minutes up to 1 day to mingle the flavours. You can also serve it directly but the dill flavour will be less prominent.

Recipe Notes

Serve with crackers, bagels, or baguette.
