In summer, a cold pitcher of ice water flavored with chopped fruit can be a delicious treat. Citrus fruits, apples, berries, kiwis, mangoes, pineapple and melons lend themselves well to this. Bananas and pears less so. Combine with fresh herbs for a special occasion.

  • Watermelon-mint

Instructions
  1. Chop the fruit.
  2. Add fruit to a pitcher of water.
  3. Let soak in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
