  • 1 brown banana
  • 1 T butter
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 T pecans
  1. Coarsely chop the pecans and slice the banana in thick slices.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat. Add sugar and stir with a wooden spoon until the sugar melts and the mixture bubbles, about 1 minute.
  3. Add bananas and pecans. Cook, stirring continuously for another 1 minute then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Recipe Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or with a dollop of whipped cream.
