MINT: Mint chutney

This chutney is great with zucchini and onion bajji or with grilled chicken. You can substitute cilantro leaves for up to 3/4 c of the mint which gives it a different but equally delicious flavor.

  • 1 cup mint leaves loosely packed
  • 1/2 small white onion
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced
  • 2 t sugar
  • 1/2 t hot pepper paste
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 4 T plain yogurt
  1. Blend all together until smooth.
