Are these legumes, pulses, or beans? I know there are experts in my network who can answer this question. Whatever they are, I feel these taste-makers are somewhat underrated. Legumes are a great basis for a satisfying vegetarian meal– they add bite and depth of flavor. You do need to combine them with a generous dose of high-quality fat for a luxurious dinner.
