White bean dip
Cannelloni beans have a mild taste and creamy texture, which allow high quality olive oil and rosemary to shine.
Course: Appetizer, Snack
- 1/2 c white beans such as cannelloni
- 3 T high quality olive oil
- 2 T chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 t salt
Drain and rinse the beans.
Add all ingredients to a small food processor. Process until smooth.
Spread on a small plate and drizzle a bit of extra olive oil over the top.
Serve with a chewy white bread or toasts.
