Cannelloni beans have a mild taste and creamy texture, which allow high quality olive oil and rosemary to shine.

  • 1/2 c white beans such as cannelloni
  • 3 T high quality olive oil
  • 2 T chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 t salt
  1. Drain and rinse the beans.
  2. Add all ingredients to a small food processor. Process until smooth.
  3. Spread on a small plate and drizzle a bit of extra olive oil over the top.
  4. Serve with a chewy white bread or toasts.
