Peas with chorizo
I think peas are delicious, but on their own they can be a bit dull. This dish makes a great addition to a tapas dinner.
Course: Side Dish
- 1 T chorizo
- 1 t olive oil
- 1/2 c frozen peas
Chop chorizo into small blocks.
Heat olive oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry chorizo 1 minute until starting to crisp.
Add peas and fry for a further 3 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
