I think peas are delicious, but on their own they can be a bit dull. This dish makes a great addition to a tapas dinner.

  • 1 T chorizo
  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1/2 c frozen peas
  1. Chop chorizo into small blocks.
  2. Heat olive oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry chorizo 1 minute until starting to crisp.
  4. Add peas and fry for a further 3 minutes.
  5. Add salt to taste.
