Did I mention that I am totally into the vegetable smoothie craze?
Course: Breakfast, Drinks
- 1/4-1/2 cucumber
- 1 c raw spinach or kale
- 1/2 c frozen mango
- 1 c apple juice
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and use a teaspoon to scrape out the seeds.
Puree cucumber with other ingredients together in blender until smooth. Serve directly.
