  • 1/4-1/2 cucumber
  • 1 c raw spinach or kale
  • 1/2 c frozen mango
  • 1 c apple juice
  1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and use a teaspoon to scrape out the seeds.
  2. Puree cucumber with other ingredients together in blender until smooth. Serve directly.
