Roasting bell peppers is incredibly easy to do and gives them an intense flavor.

  • 2 or more bell peppers of any color
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds and ribs.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and lay peppers, skin-side up, in rows.
  4. Roast until skins are blackened and puffy.
  5. Remove from oven and transfer to a glass bowl. Cover bowl with a dish towel and allow peppers to cool for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Pull off blackened skins with your fingers.
