Roasted bell pepper
Roasting bell peppers is incredibly easy to do and gives them an intense flavor.
or more bell peppers of any color
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds and ribs.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and lay peppers, skin-side up, in rows.
Roast until skins are blackened and puffy.
Remove from oven and transfer to a glass bowl. Cover bowl with a dish towel and allow peppers to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Pull off blackened skins with your fingers.
